Information we collect
Contact details you provide, and the athletic, academic, and family information shared with us in the course of an assessment or advisory engagement.
How we use it
Solely to deliver advisory services to your family — assessments, profiles, fit reports, and school lists. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share athlete records with programs without your explicit direction.
Minors
Much of the information we handle concerns minors. A parent or legal guardian must consent to and remain party to the engagement, and may review or withdraw the information at any time.
Retention and deletion
We retain engagement records for the duration of the recruiting cycle plus one year. To request deletion earlier, email christian@ascentsportsadvisory.com.
