How lists are built
A school list is a plan, not a wish list. ASCENT narrows the universe of programs into a defensible, tiered list built from the Athlete Profile and 3D Fit Report, then tracks every coach conversation in a single outreach pipeline.
Tier A
Aspirational
Programs where the athlete is a genuine but uncertain candidate, with a clear path to being seen.
Tier B
Exploratory
Programs where profile, academics, and roster need all point the same direction.
Tier C
Anchored
A lower-risk starting point based on the information available. Admission, roster opportunity, financial aid, eligibility, and final decisions are determined independently by each institution and athletic program.
Division I and Division III recruiting timelines, roster structures, and aid models differ. ASCENT considers those differences as part of school-fit and outreach planning.
