Engagements
Advisory engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
No guarantees
ASCENT advises; institutions decide. We make no representation that any athlete will receive an offer, admission, aid, or roster spot.
Intellectual property
The ASCENT SPORTS ADVISORY name, mark, reports, and templates are the property of Ranch Racquet Sports LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
